We always aim to make the absolute best product possible, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience. For that reason, we guarantee everything we make. • We offer returns for exchanges, and store credit only.
• Returns are accepted 14 days after an order has been marked as delivered (holiday exceptions may apply).
• We do not offer credit for the original shipping price.
• Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping items back to Westside Love, or customers are welcome to shop, return, or exchange items at our store in San Diego, California.
• If an exchange is desired, once the item is received, Westside Love will ship back the exchange free of charge.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Reach out and we'll see how we can help.
• International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Westside Love for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.
• The shipping cost for free shipping orders will be withheld should the order be returned or exchanged.
• Items marked on sale are final.
• Certain products may have an individual return policy. For example, original art, collaborations, or products not made by Westside Love are final sale. Please consult product page descriptions for any specific terms.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items have signs of misuse, damage, or an individual is abusing this policy. All refunds are contingent upon inspection of the product(s) once we receive it. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for exchange or store credit. Returns will not be accepted if any items have makeup stains, deodorant stains, smell of perfume/cologne, pet hair/dander, stains/marks, etc. All stickers, tags, and product packaging must be included with the item.
In the event that you are dissatisfied, please email email@example.com with your full name, order number, reason for returning, and whether you'd like an exchange or store credit. Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping items back to Westside Love. Please reach out and we will arrange a return label for you.

International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Westside Love for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.
Product(s) returned without contacting us will not be accepted.
We take 1-3 business days to process your orders. Once processed, you'll receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Upon placing your order, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Most orders arrive much quicker.
We ship all over the world. If we're not setup to ship to your country, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll figure it out!

Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped inside of California. San Diego sales tax is 7.75%. There is no sales tax charged for orders shipped outside of California.
